主要是由項目經(jīng)理要對工人進行技術交底，然后再是工人師傅根據(jù)設計要求放線，一般來說開槽寬度50mm。放線應當精準到位，無缺漏情況。

The main task is for the project manager to provide technical disclosure to the workers, and then for the workers to set out the line according to the design requirements. Generally, the groove width is 50mm. The setting out should be precise and in place without any omissions.

二、舊物拆除

若有電線及開關插座，那么接下來就是拆除原有電線及開關插座。

三、開槽鉆孔

3、 Slotted drilling

依據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場實際的放線位置進行開槽，開槽時必須注意開槽深度。過墻和過梁的地方需要鉆孔，鉆孔時的孔徑、孔距一般為100mm；電線和水管不能走一個孔。

四、布管

4、 Pipe laying

根據(jù)在施工現(xiàn)場開設的溝槽進行布排管，在有水房間進行布排管時電管應布設在墻上、頂上。強弱電線不允許走廚房、衛(wèi)生間陽臺的地面。

Arrange pipes according to the grooves set up on the construction site. When arranging pipes in rooms with water, the electrical pipes should be placed on the wall or top. Strong and weak wires are not allowed to walk on the ground of kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies.

在穿線時，一根電線管內(nèi)所穿電線的截面積之和必須小于該管道內(nèi)截面的40%。一般情況下16mm的電線不宜超過3根，20mm的電線不宜超過4根。

When threading, the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the wires inside a conduit must be less than 40% of the cross-sectional area inside the conduit. Generally, there should not be more than 3 wires with a diameter of 16mm and 4 wires with a diameter of 20mm.

五、檢查線路

運用萬用表、歐姆表檢查線路暢通無阻，不出現(xiàn)短路以及斷路的現(xiàn)象，導線間絕緣電阻大于等于0.5mΩ，為安裝開關插座作準備。

Use a multimeter and ohmmeter to check that the circuit is unobstructed and there are no short circuits or open circuits. The insulation resistance between wires is greater than or equal to 0.5m Ω, in preparation for installing switch sockets.

六、安裝開關插座等

在安裝之前不允許應用房屋內(nèi)各插座，只能應用公司指定拖線盒。注意開關插座面板應平整、緊貼建筑物表面。同一場所的開關切斷位置一致，且操作靈活，接點接觸可靠。
